Singing at the Fox Views: 405

Hello everyone. Just wanted to tell you all, my daughter’s Girl Scout troup wrote a Christmas song (lyrics and music) and entered it in a local radio station contest.

They won first place! They got to sing their song at the Fox Theater here in Detroit, and then we all go to go and see the play Irving Berlin’s White Christmas! OMG I cried my eyes out I was just so damn happy to be sitting there with all those wonderful kids.

I posted a picture of them singing. They were really scared but did such an awesome job!

sounds like fun! good for her that is soo cute! I was a girl scout when i was young, it was so much fun and taught me a lot. =) x0x rachel
